Current backyard is on a small slope falling towards the house, we require the existing yard to be levelled to conrete then tile for an outdoor entertainment area this area is approx 65m2, included within this 65m2 is an existing patio area that is on an old concrete slab (approx 5mx5m) in poor condition, we are considering digging this up and putting down a new slab. Next to this entertainment area is the existing garden which includes a concrete seating bench which needs some tidying up or possibly demolished.
In addition to this the left side access (2.5m x 12m) for the house is currently paved with bricks, this was not done properly hence lots of weeds are coming through the gaps, we would like this to be digged up and looking at various options to keep this area tidier.
Then the right side access (3.5m x 15m), there are existing gardens and pavers, which we would like to replace with a conrete pathway with small garden running along by its side.
Finally, the drive way which leads into the right side access, we would like to pave on top of the existing conrete slab driveway.
There are some fair amount of work to be done. Let us know who has good experience that has handle this type/scope of work in past.
