The property has a section of broken concrete approximately 1m x 2m immediately at the bottom of the front steps and to the grey retaining well. This needs to be replaced. The short ramp to the underneath of the house should be included and replaced as part of the work.
Under no circumstances should the carport concrete floor or the drive way be damaged.
