Remove existing paving slab concrete as required. Locate any soft spots or poor ground and remove.
Disturbed areas 300mm below finished ground surface will be replaced with silty clay of similar plasticity to the natural soils on site. Which will be placed on 100mm layers and compacted to 95% S.D.D 3% O.M.C.

Finish concrete to drains.
Note that you will be working under a civil engineer who has recommended the following slab. If you have a plumber that you prefer to work with who is a suitable licensed WATERPROOFING SPECIALIST, please let me know (we also need waterproofing of membrane and drainage)
