Require removal of a concrete ramp approximately 5 metres long, at the rear of a residence. Ramp was installed to facilitiate wheelchair access approximately 12 years ago, and is no longer required. Steel railing at the side of the ramp has already been removed. Ramp was originally laid over a concrete slab. Area may need re-concreting, depending on what happens when the ramp is removed.
