Area is a 55sqm concrete terrace attached to 1st floor apartment. Pooling of water next to drain occurs when it rains. Most of the existing membrane/paint has been grinded off but I want to improve drainage if possible and remove existing membrane/paint in hard to reach places/edges before repainting. Keen to get this completed asap.
