Re-concreting driveway that was pulled up for plumbing

Area is the full width of driveway and about 1.5 metres in length - one edge is level with the front gate. It has been covered with gravel/loose stones for access but we would like to re-concrete to match the rest of the driveway. It needs to include access to sewer vent which is below the area that is to be concreted.
