We have a 12 year old slab under our elevated timber house and are enclosing the lower floor to form bedrooms and a living area. We want to seal the concrete to control dust. possibly with a clear to semi-clear seal over a light grind.
We are looking for someone to price the job and to do a small sample patch.
There is a garage and under deck area as well which we may include depending on cost and achievable finish.
