Laying plain concrete in small square area
Nikki requested 3 quotes from Concreters in Armadale
We have a 7.34sqm (2.2m x 3.4m square shape) area of existing paved stone to be replaced with plain concrete. Existing paved stone easily breaks apart with a sledge hammer. Site leveling will also be needed to align with existing concrete footpath next to it.
Site access is through a garage but then through a standard door to the courtyard. The courtyard is 3.4m wide and approx. 10m long. The site is at the end of the courtyard.
Additionally, an existing 7.87sqm concrete footpath needs to be pressure washed to match in colour to the new concrete.
And we have 2 exposed drains that need the cover re-concreted.
Please specify in the quote separately, the cost of:
- Demolition & Rubbish Removal
- New plain concrete for the 7.34sqm area, including levelling and drainage (if required)
- Washing 7.87sqm area of concrete footpath
- Concrete capping exposed drains x 2
