I need an estimate on a 6m x 11m slab. I have engineering drawings available that can be emailed. It is for a double garage and studio that is part of our extension and sits on the boundary line.... The slab will sit on land that slopes about 0.5 meters, and will require some cut and fill. The lower side of the slab could be as much as 0.8 meters above the existing ground level. I've loosely estimated that it would require around 25 - 28 m3 of concrete. I'm hoping this can be done for around $12 - $15k?

We are in the estimating phase of our extension and looking for rough estimate (within about 25%) of cost for concrete slab. dimensions are 11m x 5.5mtrs. slab sits on boundary and left side will be supporting solid brick wall full length (11m). land slopes approximately 400mm left to right. right side of the slab will require some retaining qualities. some cutting and filling required. easy access to the slab and a cement truck will easily back right up to the edge. a builder has already recommended that the slab be 150mm thick. we are happy for any contractors to visit the site.
