We require a comprehensive proposal for reconstruction and reinstatement of a blue stone lane way shown on the images attached to an asphalt surface. The brief scope of works is stated below:... We require a comprehensive proposal for reconstruction and reinstatement of a blue stone lane way shown on the images attached to an asphalt surface. The brief scope of works is stated below: 1. Site address is lane way between Arthur and McCubbin Streets in Footscray VIC 3011. Major intersection Ballarat Roads and Gordon Street, Footscray VIC 3011 2. The Blue stone lane way area is approximately 317 sq. meters (stated on the images) 3. The lane way would need to be asphalted according to the asphalting standards of Maribyrnong City Council in the area of Footscray (2014-2015 Standards Attached) 4. There is a natural slope in the lane way and no drainage exists today 5. Conduct a site survey if required for an accurate proposal 6. Council construction specifications are attached 2014-2015 Please advise if there is additional work required to achieve asphalting i.e. blue stone removal, surveying, leveling etc.
