Almost ready to go, just need to run power and water down the pathway for future granny flat in rear yard. Granny flat also needs a slab, maybe possible to do all at once after I get council permission for granny flat

I also require the pouring of concrete paths down both sides of the house, but that can be done at a later date if the price is too high. There will be a small amount of excavating required, and the spill can left on the site. There is a small slope from street level down to the house. I have not contacted council and we do not have a handover date for the house yet, but we are expecting before xmas, and want the driveway done either between xmas and the new year or early January 2010.
