the slab of the verandah is about 7m wide and 3m deep. at 2m from the house it is breaking off over it's full width. i have pre-cut it to minimize chances that the break extends towards the house....

Appears to be left over bricks with a thin layer of concrete over the top. Total depth appears to be 13cm... so 8cm of house brick and 5cm skim of concrete. Can provide photo if necessary.
