Construction of a double concrete driveway from the road kerb to the house, including creation and submission of compliant plans to the Northern Beaches Council in consultation with owner and working with the Northern Beaches Council representative when required. The job will need to include excavation and removal of current soil and supply and installation of a suitable base material before creation of the driveway. The area of the job is about 50m square. You must be a contractor with appropriate council recognised qualifications, which will include having constructed similar concrete works that can be submitted to council as proof of your suitability as a contractor.
