I need preliminary quote to supply and install a concrete driveway to a new property being built in Dromana. The driveway is to lead to a double garage and include a path to and onto the porch. The concrete is to be exposed aggregate in a sandstone colour similar to Mentone Premix Barwon mix.
There is no crossover or footpath outside the property.
The garage is located 9.35m from the front property boundary and the nature strip is approximately 2.6m wide from the back of kerb.
Photos of the site and plans are available to assist with quoting. The property is expected to be complete mid to late February. We would like to have this work done shortly after handover, ie late February to early March.
