Hello,
I am looking for someone to build concrete footings suitable for a prefabricated relocatable home. Job location is Loch Sport (Gippsland Lakes) VIC, land has minimal fall and majority of block is cleared of trees. (easy access for trucks and machinery)
Engineering specifies:
- Footings need to be found 100mm into natural firm sand or 600mm from natural ground level to get min 100 KPA allowable pressure
The job requires 10(ten) 600mm (deep) x 450 (wide) bored piers in the below layout. approx 200mm above ground level (may vary slightly due to fall of land)
