I need some excavation and concreting in my backyard and front garden.
Excavation will require removal of soil, bricks, timber and plants from the backyard and front garden. The total area to be cleared up is roughly 175 sq mtrs. The backyard can be accessed via the side gate and there is enough room for a Dingo to pass through.
This will be followed by laying of plain concrete around the building structure in the backyard. This needs to be 1.2 mtrs wide and approx 10 cm high to keep water away from the house. Total area to be concreted at the back is around 88 sq mtrs.
The front of the house requires exposed aggregate poured over an area of roughly 18 sq mtrs.
Works need to commence on 19th October. Prior Inspections can be arranged.

Brendan came around to provide a quote which I accepted. A day before the work was to begin, he called me to advise he couldn't arrange the excavation machine. I called him back the following day, still no luck. Never called me back regarding the job and blamed me for taking time off from work to supervise work. What a waste of time and poor service.
