2. At end of new drive excavate foundation pad (10m wide x 15m long) for Granny Flat and car park. Excavation on moderate slope of about 10-15deg.
3. Asphalt exiting and new driveway: Existing driveway (crushed rock) of 40m requires minor grading and then Asphalting. New driveway will require appropriate base and then Asphalting. All up this is 100m driveway + ending car park (7x10m).
Work would be through Dandenong's type deep firm red soil - No rocks and no issues with slipping (neighbours have 4m+ excavations without retaining wall or slippage issues)
