Hi, this is a newly constructed house, and no landscaping has been done to the surroundings. At the moment, I'm thinking stenciled concrete. The area (driveway + entrance + air conditioning slab) is about 88 m squared. There is a noticeable slope to the driveway, say 30 degrees or so.
