  A new house is being built. The concrete slab and drainage are just done, still have a few months to finish by the house builder.
But, I would like to have a quote and professional opinion on the new driveway. These are the project details:

1. A new standard 1-lane width of cross-over needs to be built (apart from the driveway)
2. The house has two-car garage, but due to the school sign outside, the width of the cross-over has to be 1-lane wide.
3. The setback distance from property boundary to garage is just 8.528m.
4. Therefore, the driveway will have 1-lane entry, then need to be quickly curved and become a standard 2-lane driveway.
5. The desired shape of the driveway is already designed by landscape designer and approved by the council.
But, I would like to have driveway specialist to double check the design and make sure it follow the best practice of driveway design.
6. The property boundary has sea level 43.46, the garage level is 44.585, so it's 1.125m rise from front to back.
7. Currently, the land level of the right hand side of the driveway area is lower than the left.
8. So, a fill is needed for the right (to make it levelled with the left), then a masonry retaining wall along the driveway's right edge is needed to retain the fill and driveway.
9. This retaining wall will have a upside down "L" shape, the long edge of the "L" is to retain the driveway, the short edge is to retain the porch front of the house.
10. The length of the edge (along driveway's right edge) of retaining wall is about 4m, start at level 44.40 from the house side.
11. Then, it's gradually decrease the height towards the street and finish at height around 43.80 (so, it's 0.6m drop)

Due to the complexity of the project, if possible, I prefer to have someone come to the actual site to have a look first, then have a precise quote on the project.
