We are entering into a contract to build a new home in Spring Farm. We will need a double width driveway not exceeding 5.5m width at the kerb with short path to the front porch and a patio area at the rear approx 7m width and 3.5-4m deep, but we don't know till we see it as we want to put some plants in around the fence line. Total job is about 97sqm. The subdivision guidelines are a bit odd but my understanding is the driveway cannot be stenciled but must be tinted and swirled or brushed, again not an issue until we are closer in about April 2010. We are just looking for quotes/ball-park figures at this stage.
