We have recently completed building a house and need to have a driveway installed from the street access to the front of the double garage.
there is a slight slope from the street to the garage entrance.
the hydraulic engineer specifies a stormwater grate to be installed in the driveway in front of the garage. the drain from the grate is already installed.
the total area to be concreted is approx 85sq metres, including a small slab for the front (pedestrian) step to the front door. we have a plan from our builder showing the location and dimensions etc. my size approximations may need to be checked.
