The back yard need to be concreted up to the easement line which is approx 6 foot from the back yard fence line.
We currently have concrete pavement and path way at the back when you step out from the Rumpus room - however we want this extended so that we can turn the back yard into a court yard. The grass we have is very little in area and we are happy to lose it all together.
We are expecting the concrete to begin from the rumpus room door where the pavement already exists - this will raise the height of the step which is what we are after also.
