UNETHICAL CONDUCT!!! They underquote to win you over, then overcharge.. 2 townhouse slabs, 20m2 each - almost 50k?!! extra costs of over 10k due to the wording/non disclosure of their quote... Don't be fooled, if they are cheaper initially that's because there's always a catch.. !! If you don't pay ASAP they threaten to cause trouble once the property is completed... they turn into rude, arrogant and nasty people.. Have been waiting to sell the property until I can write this...
