We are the builders on this job and we have a 56m2 raft slab ready to go
Good access, minimum excavation required into sandy soil approx 200mm depth for edge and internal beams
125mm thick slab to be polished, 400mm wide x 600m deep edge & internal beams with nominal widening for column footings poured integral with the slab.
45lm of edge & internal beams and approx 25 m3 of concrete to be pumped. There is approx 350mm of packing sand required at the four pads.
We are ready to let the concrete contract If your company can start within 10 working days of acceptance of order then please submit your quote within 24 hours.
Footing F3 at column C4 has been already poured. All cast in base plates are supplied by HDL Enterprise.
