He made lots of promises to get the work then did a rushed job as soon as he got the work. The concrete is not level. It slopes towards the garage door and will channel water directly into the garage the next time it rains. Be very careful with what he says. When he gave the quote he said he would use reinforcing mesh. When he came to do the job I had to insist that he use reinforcing mesh. He gave me a quote for $650 plus GST, but said he would only charge $650 (It was going to be a cash payment) When the job was finished he insisted on $715.00. He claimed there were 'misunderstandings'. Was it a genuine misunderstanding? I doubt it.
