There is some cement dust that has settled on the neighbours driveway which needs to be cleaned. It lifts off relatively easily with a high pressure hose however, as there it leaves a film of water on the driveway the cement eventually sets again. probably need a dry method in removing the cement. The Driveway is coloured cement.
