I'm planning to extend my house (in Coburg, Melb). Basically adding 8x8 mtr square room on the back (living room and kitchen). Would like to build basement below but will depend on the costs. Looking for ball park figure (+/- 15%). Basement will be same size as above room (8x8mt square and approx 2m high). Will require slab floor, concrete walls and concrete ceiling. Walls to be appropriately sealed/ water proofed.
