Concreate slab under house and concrete pathway

Looking to put a concrete slab underneath a new extension approx 16-20sqm. Slab doesn't need to be overly thick as it's just being used for storage.
Drainage underneath house is not great so would that would need to be checked to ensure water wouldn't come over the top of the slab. Ground under house is currently on a slant and not overly flat.
Also a pathway laid from garage all the way down the side of house to backyard, approx 15m.
