Hi,
I have a 2 unit development in Brighton east and need to get some quotes for our basement.
I have a builder of mine for the above ground portion of the project but I need to get some quotes for the basement only. I am in the process of getting engineering done but already have the soil report. Are you able to provide a quote for the basement contruction only? or know anyone that is good at this type of work?
Let me know and I will email you through the plans and soil report. I require a ballpark quote for the basement construction that includes Excavation, footings, retention walls, ramp, slab at ground level, slab on ground in basement, columns and stairs, everything upto the site being flat and ready for my builder to build on top of. Any questions pls ask.
