Price Option 1
• We require a quote for the following:
o Bored piers and capping beam
o Extra bored piers along back of property where it is shown as blockwork (L Shape area). There will be a pool build close by. We still we retain blockwork along side boundary
o Drainage
o Basement Slab
o Spray-Crete walls
• Excluded from quote
o Removal of soil
o Blockwork
o Suspended Slab and slab on ground
Price Option 2
o Include price for suspended slab and slab on ground
Price Option 3
o Do you have any of your own in house engineering as we think this might be over engineered. There is currently a basement on the adjoining owner. The screw piles are listed as 3.7m below basement cut level and are listed as CFA piles.
