Concreted backyard - area of around 12 square metres to be ripped up/removed and lawn laid. Old style metal Hills Hoist washing line to be removed (from middle of concrete). Concrete will require straight edges to be cut, eg with circular saw, as leaving border of concrete which will be paved over. Keen to get quotes from businesses who can both remove the concrete and lay the lawn (plus potentially the pavers). Backyard has side laneway access.
