We are in the estimating phase of our extension and looking for rough estimate (within about 25%) of cost for concrete slab. dimensions are 11m x 5.5mtrs.
slab sits on boundary and left side will be supporting solid brick wall full length (11m). land slopes approximately 400mm left to right. right side of the slab will require some retaining qualities. some cutting and filling required. easy access to the slab and a cement truck will easily back right up to the edge. a builder has already recommended that the slab be 150mm thick. we are happy for any contractors to visit the site.
