I have an hp k5400 printer that doesnt print black. quote pls if you can?

it's a k5400 inkjet. all cartridges have been replaced, the black/yellow print head has been replaced but still no go on black. yellow comes through fine. hp advises there's no service centre in australia and others say they can't get spare parts for inkjets. it's a network duplex printer and otherwise works fine. please help or advise if you can. i'm in ipswich but can deliver the printer to you if necessary.
