Double story house. 3 wall sockets (telephone) in the ground floor and 3 in the upstairs. when connected to telephone, all the sockets give ringtone and telephone is working properly.
when connected to adsl(internet - optus), ground floor sockets are ok. but upstairs
not working. optus says it is a fault in the internal wiring. need help urgently.
