John was great on the phone. He held the ladder and another man did the work. On the phone I explained that i needed an invoice. However, upon completion John advised he did not have any on him. I was forced to pay upfront and he advised he would fax one over directly. After 3 requests I have never received a tax invoice. Beware!!!
