Tenders are invited for the delivery of the cleaning services at a Shopping Centre
. Submissions should be prepared in accordance with the detailed specifications provided below. Disposables such as toilet paper, paper towels, handsoap and bin liners are to be provided by the contractor but billed separately to the contract. It should be noted that the pressure cleaning of the paved areas of the centre are covered under a separate contract and should not be incorporated into the price submission for this tender. The tendered price should include a detailed breakdown of daily work hours and staff numbers allocated to the property. The account should be billed on a monthly basis and will be paid within 30 days at completion of the billing period and on receipt of the invoice.
