New medical centre needs regular cleaner to vaccuum, clean toilets and surfaces on a daily basis. Building has a waiting area, reception, 2 toilets, 2 consulting rooms, treatment room and staff room.
As this is a small new practice (one doctor), it is unlikely to be too dirty. Envisage less than 1 hr a day (likely a lot less to begin with). Must be available either at 1pm or after hours. No weekends. Would like a thorough clean before commencing business (on Nov 9)
