Medical clinic, reception area the size of a small lounge room, small office section, hallway (long) and 8 rooms. carpet is quite dirty (cleaned not that long ago by someone who did a poor job) with a few stains here and there. it is for a lease handover, so needs to be done properly. access to all rooms, power and water if needed. needs to be done ouside normal practice hours. the carpet is very low, probably a nylon type material. you are welcome to call in any time to have a quick look through the clinic to quote. job to be done fairly quickly. please call for any more information! thanks.
