Shopfront and 2 bed dwelling recently renovated requires buidlers clean asap - Window washing, ceiling clean/brush down, some walls may need to be washed down. Dusting of furniture/fixtrures, tiles/timber floor mop, etc.
PLEASE QUOTE A RATE PER WORKING HOUR (stating if this includes GST or not). Provider to supple a valid tax invoice.
