Even though I am not in the office when Silva or his team are cleaning, I can say that Unit 31 do a great job maintaining our workspace. Silva is always sure to let me know in advance when it won't be him personally doing the work, and to let him know if the quality changes. Though I'd probably be none the wiser, I think it just goes to show that he takes pride in his work, and values good communication with clients.
