Need removal and replacement of weatherboards for one wall which is 2m wide by 2.5 m high at midpoint (the sloping roof goes from 2m at low point to 3m at apex), with a window and an airconditioner.
Weatherboards also need to be replaced on an adjoining narrow wall which is 3m high and 50-60cm wide.
Work would need to be done asap to take advantage of temporary access to the area.
