2nd floor has weatherboard sheets on the outside, rendered into the same colour as the brickwork on the 1st floor. jointing on the weatherboard was done poorly with the sheets moving every time the wind blows (cold, noise at night).
rendering has to be removed around the joints, the sheets spliced (one wall is critical). on the top tiles (e.g. outdoors natural stone tiles) have to be laid to cover the work and to provide a decorative feature.
