- A/C sheeting to be removed,
- install F/C sheet to eaves,
- install polystyene wall cavity installation boards and clad with Nu-wall Aluminium profile "Shiplap" (see http://www.aluminium.co.nz/nu-wall_products_shiplap.htm)
Upper floor (perimeter 29 m) install Nu-wall Aluminium profile "Shiplap" over existing F/C sheet.
