I have a 2 bedroom house that needs to be clad with Insulclad or a similar product (e.g. NRG Green Board). Three sides will be clad with Insulclad and the fourth with un-rendered Blue Board (it's temporary while we extend backwards). The two sides are approximately 9.5m x 3m and the front is 7.2m x 3m. The existing cladding will be stripped before you start so it needs sarking.
