FOr 30th Birthday Party, fingerfood or spit for 50 people. I have large pie warmer as well as oven and stove top. WOuld also like 2 staff to serve food. I know this will be extra cost on top of food. Not a sit down meal. Party on 23/6/07. Party starts 7pm will need serving staff from 6.30 through to about 10.30. Am on budget, but would still like something hearty.
