I need to carpet a 3 x 5 metre room with underlay and a standard (cheap) light brown berber carpet in a rental property in Wahroonga.
The floor is concrete, and the old carpet and underlay has been removed.
The only complication is that there is come cracking of the floor where the old (disintegrating) tack track has been removed.
