As above; I have a small 2 bed apartment that requires carpet (plus underlay) supply and laying. Looking for very basic/neutral/cheap white or beige carpets to be supplied and then installed. It's for an investment property, so overall cost efficiency will be one of the biggest deciding factors in the job. Tenants won't be moving out for a while yet so I'm just getting quotes - the actual job could be a month or two away.
