Carpets needs to be put on the second floor of our house on construction

We need a carpet layer to put Hycraft Belize carpet on our second floor of our double storey house which is on construction at the moment. Our staircase will also need to have a carpet runner with stainless steel/chrome rods put on each step.
I mean that would be good if the carpet layer can also do the staircase carpet runner as well as putting the chrome rods on each step. If they can not do the chrome rods that is still okey to contact us.
We would like to receive a quote for the job first.
