We have a square of carpet in our lounge approx 4m x 6m which sits within a tile border. currently the tile border is approx 5mm higher than the carpet and the tile edge is a danger to our toddler. we would like the carpet lifted, an appropriate underlay put down to bring the carpet up to the right level as the tiles, then the carpet relaid.
