Large 3 bedroom home needs carpets cleaned and fumigated

We are vacating our rental premises and need someone to steam clean and fumigate the carpets (as per our lease agreement). Carpeted areas include 3 average sized bedrooms, entranceway, combined lounge/dining, tiny room (approx 1.5m x 1.5m), hallway and small rumpus area. We need someone who is willing to do this job on either Sunday, April 25th or Monday, April 26th. I only want quotes from businesses who are able to both steam clean AND fumigate the carpets.

Very prompt response. They were willing to do the job on a Sunday which was very impressive. They turned up right on time, service was professional - carpets looked absolutely amazing once they were cleaned. Price was $180 which was great value considering how large the house was. Would definitely use this company again.
